What do you have besides roller skating?

We have the ultimate indoor soft playground for children under 56” in height, an arcade with video and redemption games, and laser tag.

Do you sell socks?

Yes, we do! You can purchase socks at the Stuff Shop. Socks are required for Playzone and skate rental.

Can I drop my children off, or do I need to stay with them?

Wheels and Thrills is a clean, fun, friendly and SAFE facility. As a parent it is your decision if your child is old enough to be left unsupervised. Naturally we do everything possible to keep all of our guests safe at all times; however, we cannot stop a child from leaving our facility. Please remember, we are open to the public.

Is there a dress code?

We do enforce a dress code. We do not allow saggy pants, short shorts, or offensive T-shirts. Please dress accordingly. If you wouldn’t wear it to grandma’s house please don’t wear it here.

Can I just come in and play games?

Yes, during our public sessions you are welcome to play. However, there is a minimum purchase of a $10 Wheels and Thrills Game Card.

If there is money or points left on my Wheels and Thrills Game Card when I leave what happens?

You keep your card and use it on your next visit. Your Wheels and Thrills Game Card does NOT expire.

What is the refund policy on Wheels and Thrills Game Card/Gift Card?

The Wheels and Thrills Game Card/Gift Card is reloadable and additional amounts may be loaded at any time. Wheels and Thrills is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Any alteration of this card will render it void and subject to cancellation. This card may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No exchanges or refunds allowed. This card is good only at the location where purchased. Use of this card is subject to additional terms and conditions posted in store. This refund policy also applies to electronic cards.

Can I rent out the rink?

We offer private rental of our facility for all kinds of events. The hours are restricted to when we are not open to the public. Call our Party Specialist at (918) 272-7537 to assist you in planning your special event.

Can I bring cake in if I do not have a birthday party booked?

Unfortunately we do not permit any outside food or beverages in the facility. In order to bring in a birthday cake or cupcakes you must have a birthday party package booked.

Do you provide a cake with the party packages?

We do not provide a cake.

Can I bring in my own decorations for my child’s birthday party?

Yes, you can bring in your own decorations. No confetti, silly string, glitter, piñatas, tape or anything that could damage the walls.

How many people can I invite to my child’s party?

Each public party package includes 10 guests. If you choose a table party or room party the occupancy limit is 20 guests. If available, you can add additional tables or rooms for an additional charge. If you are planning on having more than 40 guests, a private party may suit your needs best. All children between the ages of 2-18 who are not on your guest list are required to pay to enter. All adults not participating in activities are free. If any adults wish to skate, they must pay admission and skate rental.

What if I do not have 10 people showing up for my child’s party?

Party package price includes up to 10 guests. There is no discount for less than 10 guests.

What does my Party Pal do?

Your Party Pal will set up your party table or party room with all your birthday supplies and paper products that are included in your party package. When it is time to gather for your celebration your Party Pal will greet your guests.

The Party Pal will then escort you to your party destination and serve your pizza and drinks, lead your party in the “Happy Birthday” song, cut and serve your cake, and take a group photo.  They will play fun games with your party and once the party has been dismissed your Party Pal will take care of all the clean-up.

What if I have two Birthday honorees?

On both Public and Private party bookings, there is an additional $10 fee added to your party to honor an additional birthday child.
This fee is in addition to the fee for admission. It covers our additional expenses to make sure each of the Birthday Children get the personalized treatment, goodies, and recognition that we want for all our honorees! An additional photo is also included. Please notify the Party Coordinator at time of check-in if you want two separate photos.

How much is it to rent a skate mate?

Skate mates are $3.50 to rent.

What is included with the Unlimited Wristband?

Skate admission, skate rental, playzone (56″ and under only), unlimited games of laser tag.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO’s)?

Yes! Please contact our Party Specialist at (918) 272-7537 to get approval prior to your group’s arrival. (BUISINESSES AND SCHOOLS ONLY)

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, all veterans and active duty military and reserve personnel receive a 10% discount off initial purchase only. Discount applies to immediate family members paying on one ticket. Not valid for birthday parties, fundraising events, or private group events. Valid military ID must be presented.
